Nico Restrepo

Property Management

Nico handles tenant relations, property operations, and repairs, leveraging years in sales and technical trades with an electricity certificate. He has extensive experience in subsidized housing, serving as a liaison for the Worcester Housing Authority’s HUD Section 8 program.

Jackson Restrepo

Investor Relations, Acquisitions

Jackson holds an MBA from Assumption University and a bachelor’s from Worcester State University. With over 12 years of public sector experience—9 with Worcester's Executive Office of Economic Development and 4 as Chief Procurement Officer for the Worcester Housing Authority—Jackson leads real estate investment projects at RPLLC.

Wilfer Martinez

Finance & Information Technology

Wilfer brings significant professional experience and knowledge to RPLLC and has been computer scientist for several Boston area companies. Wilfer holds a Master of Information Technology from Clark University and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Worcester State University.
